About my furniture

I have been creating a new line of furniture using old wood that I decide to recycle and take advantage of their own shapes and features.
I transformed the wood into a unique, artistic and practical piece.

After a long searching for something different, rustic and practical that it will mix it-up with different atmospheres and I could not find anything. I decide since then to build everything I need and this is how I start my pieces of furniture.

About Me

SILVIO FRANCA ARTIST
Born in Garça, São Paulo-Brazil, Silvio began to express himself at an early age through drawings inspired by his dreams. Silvio fuses this surreal imagination with more immediate reality, using color pencils with a keen sensibility to different materials and surfaces he has developed his style. One can say his paintings are a combination of this quasi-abstract figurative and expressionistic way of working. During his youth Silvio lived in the huge, thriving, culturally active city of Sao Paulo. His passion for painting and music led him to seek even larger horizons in New York city where he has been residing for a few years. He has currently been painting with acrylic on canvas. His large canvases have been exhibited at The United Nations in 2005. He has also participated in several group shows in Newark, New Jersey and New York City. Silvio now is living in Brazil.
